This Privacy Policy describes how iDo4U ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI Personal Assistant for Customer Service & Business Operations (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when setting up the Service, as well as data from connected platforms that you explicitly authorize:

Account Information: Your name, business email address, and billing preferences.
Google Workspace Data: If you authorize connection to your Google Workspace account via OAuth, we access your Gmail inbox (to read customer inquiries and draft or send professional replies) and selected Google Sheets spreadsheets (to check product stocks, sizes, and log bookings or orders).
Telegram & Chat Data: We process customer chat messages received via your connected Telegram bot and Web Widget to generate AI responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide, operate, and maintain the autonomous AI assistant tasks you configure. Specifically:

To read customer questions and generate accurate replies based on your product catalog.
To verify real-time stock levels in your Google Sheets and update spreadsheets with new orders.
To draft and send welcome or support emails via Gmail as instructed by your workflows.

3. Google API User Data & Limited Use Disclosure

iDo4U's integration with Google APIs is designed to empower your business operations. We strictly adhere to security and privacy policies:

iDo4U's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access specific files and emails that you explicitly configure in your dashboard settings.
We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, train generalized LLM models outside your workspace, or share data with any marketing platforms.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do **not** sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or Google user data to third parties. We do not share data with any external advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Data Security & Storage

Your security is our top priority. We implement robust measures to protect your credentials and data:

All OAuth access tokens, database connections, and session states are encrypted at rest and in transit.
You can revoke iDo4U's access to your Google Account at any time through the Google Account Security Settings page or directly within the iDo4U dashboard.
