Terms of Service

Welcome to iDo4U. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI Personal Assistant services for Customer Service & Business Operations (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must create an account and authorize necessary integrations (such as Google Workspace and Telegram):

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must ensure that all integration credentials and OAuth authorizations (Gmail, Google Sheets) you configure are authorized by the respective owners.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service strictly for legitimate business customer service and operations. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or bulk messages.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations regarding customer privacy, consumer protection, or email marketing.
  • Configure the AI assistant to send abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content to your customers.

4. Fees, Billing, & Subscription

iDo4U is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis:

  • Pro Plan Pricing: The standard plan is priced at Rp 500.000 / month for users in Indonesia, or $28 / month for international users.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the billing cycle date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

iDo4U retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, algorithms, UI designs, and brand trademarks. You retain full ownership of your catalog databases (Google Sheets), email content, and customer conversation logs.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDO4U SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS RUNTIME) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT.
